Ritzville Foursquare Church was planted in 1991. Pastor Bill Cox, his wife Lisa, and their family moved to Ritzville from northern Idaho in January of 1999. They met at Christ for the Nations in Dallas, Texas and Bill also attended and graduated from Minister’s Training Institute in Baker, Louisiana. Bill is a third generation Foursquare minister. They have three married children and seven grandchildren.
